Who we are

Daily Dino Guy is run by Daily Dino Guy LLC, based in Greensboro, North Carolina, United States. The person behind it is Evan Jevnikar. Questions about your data go to hello (at) dailydinoguy.com.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you give us directly through one of our forms:

• Newsletter signup: your email address and optionally your first name, so we can send you the Monthly Dino Digest.
• Contact, speaking, and brand partnership forms: your name, email, organization, and whatever details you include in your message, so we can respond.

That information is stored in our customer-relationship platform (HighLevel/Montaire) and is used only to respond to you and, if you opted in, to send you the newsletter.

For inquiry-form submissions only, we also retain the visitor's IP address attached to the submission note. This is used strictly for spam and abuse triage (rate-limit checks, identifying coordinated form-spam attacks) and is never used for marketing, profiling, or shared with third parties. The IP is deleted whenever the underlying contact is deleted.

Analytics and advertising

We use a small set of third-party tools to understand how readers find this site and to measure whether our ads work:

• Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager), to see which pages people read, where they come from, and how the site is performing in aggregate.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram), to measure whether ads we run on Meta platforms drive traffic, signups, or sales.
• TikTok Pixel, for the same measurement purpose on TikTok ads.

Two important things about how we use these:

• Nothing fires until you accept cookies. The cookie banner is wired with Google Consent Mode v2, so analytics and ad pixels are blocked by default and only collect once you've clicked "Accept all."
• We never sell your data, and we never upload your email or inquiry-form submissions to Meta or TikTok. Those platforms only see what they observe on the site (pages viewed, ad-related events), tied to a browser ID they assign, not to your email or name.

Cookies we use

This site uses two categories of cookies. You can accept all or stick to essentials via the cookie banner you saw on first visit.

The "Analytics" and "Advertising" cookies above are only set if you click Accept all in the cookie banner. If you click Essential only, only the first two cookies are set.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what data we have on you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your data.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter (one click at the bottom of any issue).
